Bookkeeper (Full-Time, Permanent)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team in a fully onsite capacity. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform collections activities and maintain customer account records
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine financial reports
Assist with month-end close and general bookkeeping functions
Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
Support cash flow tracking and other accounting-related projects
Qualifications
5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Degree and/or certification in Accounting or a related field preferred

Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000, based on experience
